Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack the Items
Securely place the unworn shoes and any included accessories back into the original Amberjack box and attach the shipping label.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
